These Terms of Service govern access to Shaggy's Peptides, including the public website, account areas, catalog, support channels, ordering tools, and related services. By creating an account or using an account-only feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Research Use Agreement, the Age and Eligibility Policy, the Shipping and Returns Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you do not agree, do not create an account, access private catalog information, place an order, or use the site. If you accept these Terms for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, control the email address used for registration, and be legally permitted to access and receive the relevant products in your location. Email verification confirms control of the account; it does not replace age or identity verification required by law.

Catalog availability, descriptions, prices, kit pricing, stock status, and documents may change. Prices shown in the account catalog are the current prices returned by our catalog system at the time displayed. A price or availability error may be corrected before fulfillment.

Submitting an order or request does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when the product, destination, payment, purchaser, or intended use does not meet our requirements or applicable law.
