Research Use Agreement

The purchaser certifies that research compounds will be used only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research, analytical work, education, or other non-clinical work permitted by applicable law and institutional policy.

The purchaser is responsible for having suitable facilities, trained personnel, written procedures, safety controls, waste handling, and any licenses, registrations, approvals, or institutional permissions required for the planned work.

Research compounds must not be ingested, injected, administered, applied to humans or animals, used for self-experimentation, used to diagnose or treat a condition, or used to manufacture or market a product for human or animal use.

Do not request or rely on dosing, injection, reconstitution, treatment, or veterinary instructions from this site. Product handling must follow the applicable batch documentation and institutional safety procedures.

You must not resell, relabel, misrepresent, combine, formulate, or distribute a research compound for a prohibited use. You must not use the site to evade a legal, payment, shipping, or account restriction.

Finished topical products are separate cosmetic products and must not be injected, ingested, or represented as drugs. Use only as stated on the product label. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, avoid eye contact, and stop use if irritation occurs.

The purchaser is responsible for compliance with federal, state, local, institutional, import, export, environmental, workplace-safety, and waste-disposal requirements that apply to the purchaser, the work, and the destination.

We may request information about the institution, intended use, destination, or compliance basis and may deny or terminate access when the information is incomplete, inconsistent, or not sufficient for the proposed transaction.
