Shipping and Returns Policy

We currently ship only to accepted destinations in the United States. We may restrict destinations, products, quantities, or methods when required by law, carrier rules, payment rules, or risk controls.

The purchaser is responsible for an accurate delivery address, lawful receipt, and compliance with destination rules. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, verification, or compliance review.

Contact support promptly after delivery if a package is visibly damaged, missing an item, or materially different from the accepted order. Include the order number and the evidence reasonably requested for review. Do not use a product whose container or shipment condition raises a safety or integrity concern.

Return, replacement, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on the product, order status, payment method, shipping condition, and applicable law. Research reagents may be non-returnable once shipped or opened because of safety, integrity, and chain-of-custody concerns.
